Our mission at Steel Monkey CrossFit is to provide our community with the BEST opportunities available in fitness today. We believe that having a well-trained and friendly staff is just the beginning of your true fitness experience.

At Steel Monkey CrossFit being fit means more. Our goal is to empower each member to view themselves as ATHLETES. We do this by teaching the 10 general skills to fitness: Cardio Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Speed, Strength, Agility, Balance, Accuracy, Power, Coordination, and Mobility. These 10 skills provide the human body with true fitness.

Class Times

Monday – Friday

5:30 am, 6:30 am and 8 am
4 pm, 5 pm and 6 pm


9 am  *unless other wise specified for events
