How classes are set-up and what to expect:

First Week Is On US! Come try out any of our classes FREE of charge. Try the workout, ask lots of questions and get a feel for the gym and it’s trainers.

WOD (Workout of the Day):

Each class is an hour long and includes a Dynamic Warm-up, Strength/Skill portion, and daily WOD.

Monday – Friday
5:30 am, 6:30 am and 8 am
4 pm, 5 pm and 6 pm

9 am  *unless other wise specified for events

How to Start:

This gym is for every shape, size, age and fitness goal.  The first few weeks is a thorough and intensive introduction to CrossFit.  All new members will have plenty of time to adjust and progress according to their fitness level. Coaches will introduce and explain the fundamental movements of CrossFit, and assess each individual’s overall fitness level.  We won’t go any faster than you are ready to go.   You are in good hands.


Events will be announced well in advance with all necessary info.

Events include; park days, educational seminars, holiday celebrations, charity events and competitions.
