Lily is a health and wellness coach as well as personal trainer, who found her home the first time she walked into a CrossFit gym. She knew immediately that she wanted to dive deeper into the world of CrossFit and has since become a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. 

Lily stated that she so quickly fell in love with CrossFit and the methodology “because it is focused on human performance or what the body can DO. This focus reduces the emphasis on aesthetics and leads to a shift in perspective about what fitness is. It allows athletes to really see what their body can DO, rather than just being focused on what it looks like. It is so motivating to unlock your potential as an athlete and the CrossFit methodology allows people to do just that.”

As a military spouse, Lily frequently moves and then needs to reestablish community in her new location. CrossFit enables Lily to have an immediate community wherever she goes, which is extremely important to her. She also absolutely loves to compete and CrossFit allows her to feed her inner athlete and continue to test herself as an adult.

After falling in love with CrossFit herself and experiencing the amazing impact it can have personally, Lily wanted to share her passion for it with others. Coaching enables her to do that, to help others find their place in the fitness world and to unlock their potential both physically and mentally

Fun fact: Lily is an equestrian at heart! She grew up riding and showing hunter/jumper on the national and international circuit. Lily stated that “CrossFit and horses keep me sane in all the places the military sends my husband and me.”
