What is CrossFit?
In it’s true definition, “CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.” But, in it’s practical, everyday life application, it’s hands-on fitness at it finest. CrossFit gets you ready to handle the everyday challenges life throws at you by providing a controlled, coached environment for you to practice and strengthen functional movements. These functional movements may involve equipment like dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells and boxes, or they may be bodyweight gymnastics movements like pull-ups, push-ups, burpees and muscle-ups.
When CrossFit is done right, coaches are experts in fitness and care about you and your fitness journey. They invest themselves in helping you reach your goals. CrossFit is unlike anything you’ve ever experienced, so fair warning, once you try it, you may never want to go to the “other gyms” again!
We offer everything you need for complete fitness.
Our classic CrossFit classes led by one of our professional coaches are where it all happens. These 60-minute classes consist of the WOD (workout of the day) and are offered 6 times throughout the day Monday-Friday. Evey member who walks through the door on any given day performs a version of the same workout that fits their current fitness level.
Based on member interest, we offer one coach-led, specialty class at a time, like Sunday SWEAT, Olympic Lifting and Competition Class.
We offer open gym to give members extra time to work on skills or get in an extra workout on their own.
